The European Psychoanalytical Federation invites you to its 22nd Annual Conference in Brussels, Hotel Crowne Plaza Brussels City Center, taking place from 3.4. - 5.4.09.
Registration possible from October 2008.
The 10th EPF-NAPsaC Clinical Conference
The 10th EPF-NAPsaC Clinical Conference for European, Australian, North American and Japanese Psychoanalysts will take place from Thursday 24th to Sunday 27th July 2008 in the center of Amsterdam, The Netherlands. Under an agreement made between the EPF and NAPsaC during 2003, this event is now an officially jointly sponsored event of both federations, for 2008 at the invitation of the Dutch Psychoanalytical Society.
Experienced participants will be assigned to small groups, each consisting of North American and European colleagues, which will meet for six to seven sessions of 1 hr 45 minutes each. Each participant is requested to present clinical material from an ongoing psychoanalysis with at least two sessions in detail. Background material should be kept to a minimum and the presentation should allow ample time for a group discussion to occur. The language of the meeting is English and each participant is requested to bring seven typewritten copies of his/her presentation for distribution to the group members. An evaluation plenary session will conclude the proceedings on Sunday morning. See registration form as a pdf-file!!
The task of the European Psycho-Analytical Federation is to function as an arena of exchange and an intellectual forum for all psychoanalytical societies of Europe.
